The selection of diamond grinding paste is mainly based on the requirements of the finish of the work piece and the efficiency of the machining and the original finish of the work piece. Larger margin, the requirements of high processing efficiency, can be used to select a coarser size number; smaller margin, high degree of finish, you can choose a more fine-grained,the general rough grinding, fine grinding according to the requirements of the work piece finish can refer to the following table:

Matters Need Attention
According to the material and processing requirements of the workpiece, select the appropriate grinding device and grinding paste.Commonly used grinding machine is glass, cast iron, steel, aluminum, organic glass and other materials made of blocks and plates, thinner water soluble grinding paste water or glycerin; oil soluble grinding paste with kerosene.
- Diamond grinding is a kind of precision machining, processing requirements of environment and tools are clean in the use of tools for each size special, no mixing.
- In the process of changing with different size of the grinding paste must be cleaned before the workpiece, so as to avoid the rough particles of the former process into the fine grained grinding paste scratch the workpiece.
- When using the a few grinding paste squeeze into the container or squeeze directly on the grinding device, water, glycerin or kerosene were diluted, the general water gypsum ratio of 1:1, can also according to the use of the site to adjust and fine only need to add a small amount of water, with the particle size increase crude amount of addition of glycerol.
- After finishing the work, the work piece should be cleaned with gasoline, kerosene or water.
